What are Weingarten Rights?
They concern union representation in qualifying investigatory interviews where an employee reasonably believes discipline may result. Read the Know Your Rights page for a basic overview.
How do I join Local 626?
Visit Join Local 626. Phase 2 will support a secure electronic membership form.
Can I submit a concern anonymously?
A properly designed anonymous reporting system is planned for Phase 2. The Phase 1 site does not claim anonymity because ordinary email can identify the sender.
